Who this is for
Progress Insight Reports suit language schools, tutoring centers, music academies with theory assessments, and after-school programs that track attendance weekly and test students at least twice per term. Centers with fewer than 50 students may find our Parent Conference Packs more economical; those above 400 should contact us for a scoped quote.
What you receive
- Center overview sheet — enrollment count, average attendance rate, and class-level comparisons for the term.
- Per-student report (2–4 pages) — attendance calendar view, assessment score progression, teacher commentary, and two specific recommendations for the next term.
- Director appendix — cohort charts showing students at risk of dropping below attendance thresholds.
- Print-ready PDFs — formatted for A4, with your center logo on the cover page.
What we need from you
Send us your class roster, weekly attendance records, and assessment scores in Excel or Google Sheets. Teacher notes can be submitted as a separate column or short paragraph per student. We accept Vietnamese or English source data. Scanned attendance books are accepted but add 2–3 days to processing.
What is not included
We do not conduct assessments, interview students, or access your management software directly. We do not provide ongoing dashboard access — each report is a delivered document. Translation into languages other than English or Vietnamese requires a separate quote.
Process and timeline
- Initial call or email to confirm student count and term dates (30 minutes).
- You submit data files; we confirm receipt and flag any gaps within one business day.
- We prepare one sample student report for your approval.
- Full batch produced and delivered within 7–12 working days after approval.
Pricing basis
Starting at 4,800,000 VND per term for up to 120 students. Additional students are charged at 28,000 VND each. Centers in Ho Chi Minh City receive one on-site handoff meeting at no extra charge; other provinces may incur travel costs discussed upfront.
